About Us

Health Center Linden is centrally located in Katrineholm, adjacent to Kullbergska Hospital with a five-minute walk to the train station. The health center consists of a reception with doctors, district and nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, dietitians, and child health care.

We offer a good introduction, regular external supervision, and care about your well-being and development with us. For the best of patients and staff, we strive to work in teams.

With us, you will have a varied job with patients of all ages. We are constantly working to improve the work both within the profession and together with other professions.

Your Responsibilities

Primary care is the first line of health care for mild to moderate mental health issues and is focused on limited psychological problems.

Your task includes receiving and making psychosocial assessments in a broad patient group; we treat, among other things, mild to moderate depression and anxiety conditions, as well as stress-related health issues, crisis reactions, and lifestyle problems. You are responsible for individual therapy sessions as well as group treatments and virtual contacts. Additionally, counseling, triage, and investigations are conducted, as well as referrals to other levels of care.

You participate in teamwork around the patient and in development work in the organization where you are expected to contribute psychological knowledge. You also provide consultation to nurses and doctors as needed.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, or licensed health and medical care social worker. You are a person with a professional approach who puts the patient in focus, has the ability for independent decision-making, has a good demeanor, and is stimulated by development. Previous experience in primary care work is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities and suitability.
